What is a Self Discovery Coach? Self Discovery Journey?
As a self discovery coach, i'm here to make your self discovery journey as smooth as possible! I'm here to guide you, to ask you the questions to get you to dig deeper and find the answers within yourself. I'm here to support you, to keep you accountable to your goals and to use the tools + resources I have to help you overcome what's holding you back so you can find + live your best life!
A self discovery journey is the transformation process where you truly figure out who you are and what you want out of life!
Do you offer in person or online coaching sessions?
Both! Most of my sessions are via zoom! If you are local to Long Island, NY or if the travel works out we can absolutely meet in person! My dream has always been to conduct my sessions in nature - beach, woods im so here for it!
Who should have a life coach?
Everyone!! I am a firm believer everyone can benefit from a life coach. Even as a coach myself I still have a business/mindset coach and truly makes all the difference in my life. At the beginning of my journey, a life coach would have made all the difference. I was unaware I could have a life coach until later in my journey and I wish I had known!
Some indicators that you should consider life coaching would be, if you are growing through a shift/change within your life that you are having a hard time navigating:
Career change or growth
Moving across country
If you are feeling stuck or lost.
Looking to build your confidence
Interested in shifting your mindset

If I do an assessment, do I have to sign up for coaching?
Nope! You will need to complete a debrief with me in order to receive the results of your assessment but you do not need to pursue coaching beyond that. (Although I have a feeling you might want to explore your results a bit more than we hae time for in our debrief! )
Do you offer single sessions or do I have to sign up for a package?
I offer a variety of coaching packages as I want to customize the experience for each individual!
Are our sessions confidential?
Yes! Absolutely, what is said in our sessions stays in our sessions. Even if someone else is sponsoring your sessions, the information discussed in session is confidential. The assessments results are also confidential.
What is a standard session like?
Each session is unique. We always start the session by checking in, then I will ask what you want to work on during that session. We will set a goal for our session and then we dive in! Each session ends with some type of action step before our next session and I will hold you accountable to that action in our next session together! Sessions are typically 30-60 minutes.

I am a Certified Empowerment Coach through Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) I am also an Associate Certified Coach through International Coaching Federation (ICF)
I am an Associate Consultant for The Myers Briggs Company.

How is life coaching different from therapy?
Therapy focuses on working through past trauma and experiences or emotions. Life coaching is all about forward motion and action and helping you to achieve goals, or overcoming what may be holding you back to living the life of your dreams! A coach/therapist can help you identify which is the best option for you!
How long do people typically stay in coaching?
It varies depending on the individual and what their goals for coaching are. Another key factor is how willing and open they are to the work + change! Some coach for a few weeks, others will stick with coaching for years! I personally have had a coach for many years now and don't plan to stop coaching any time soon!
