I'm Back!

“No matter how much we plan and prepare, life is unpredictable."

March 17th my whole world was flipped upside down when my water broke 8 weeks early! As a coach I tell my clients all the time you never know what’s around the corner so as much as you want to plan your life and control what happens there is so much out of our control and sometimes we have to just throw our hands up and let the ride take us. I should know by now that “my plan” isn’t always the best plan. I always have this idea in my head of how my life will play out and I usually try to force it into existence. When I look back at my life though, the best parts are always the ones I didn’t plan and didn’t see coming.

Well now that baby girl is here, she is healthy and happy and we are settling into a new routine and a new normal it’s time for me to get back to doing what I love. I love being a mother, there is no greater role in life (in my opinion) but I also want to continue helping others find and live their best life. The role of coach is one that fills my cup in a way nothing else will. Helping others identify who they are and guiding them through figuring out what it is they really want to do with their lives is beyond rewarding and something I do not take lightly. So it’s time for me to get back into the swing of things.

Here’s the plan. I am going to be posting a new blog once a week that will either be a lesson I learned during my self discovery journey, words of encouragement/motivation/inspiration or maybe a resource or tool that my clients have been finding success with. I want to give as much as I can to you and be able to share all the things that have helped me find my best life. I will also be sharing snippets on instagram and will be building my pinterest as well.

In the upcoming months I hope to create video resources on youtube as well as posting the audio to a podcast. There are a few other things in the works coming later this year including The Finding My Best Life Workbook, which will lead to an in person/virtual workshop series and long term (2 year goal) is to host weekend retreats that welcome all young professionals who want to connect with like minded individuals who are on a journey of self discovery. The retreats will be packed with educational elements, relaxation, coaching as well as a lot of fun! Stay tuned for all things FMBL. I have a lot of goals for this company and I’m excited to take you along with me!

Thank you so much for being here, for reading these words and your support! I look forward to connecting with you soon.

xo Meg
