My approach is different from others, being that I've spent the beginning of my career in the industry I now get to work with! I'm familiar with the day to day operations and I've seen the challenges that arise on a regular basis. Utilizing the variety of assessments I work with along with my expertise can help to cultivate the team atmosphere that is crucial for any workplace.


Through these workshops and coaching experiences I can help teams not only understanding self, but understand one another. They can lead to better communication, more effective teams, reduced conflict and stress as well as an overall healthier working environment for all.

Megan Lye

CEO/Founder

After spending over 10 years in the Hospitality, Service and Tenting Industries, Megan made the career transition to Life Coaching. After gaining her certification, she went on to work with The Myers Briggs Company as an Associate Consultant leading certification trainings for a variety of assessments.

Continuing to expand, Megan began offering consulting to the industries where she first started her career. Having first hand knowledge of these industries helps her to tailor her programs to ensure she is meeting the needs of the client.

Megan is a Certified Empowerment Coach through IPEC, an Associate Certified Coach through ICF and is a Certified Practitioner for the MBTI, FIRO, Strong, CPI260 and TKI Assessments.


Team Coaching

Team coaching is slightly different than one on one coaching. With team coaching, we look at the dynamic of the team and how to increase understanding of one another and work together to improve the overall team morale.

Each coaching experience is customized to fit the needs of the team.

Who is it for: In tact teams looking for support and guidance to better their dynamic and improve their overall team effectiveness will benefit from team coaching.

How does it work: Team coaching sessions typically start with a 6 month commitment and 1-2 hours/month after an initial 90 minute workshop.

To get started: You will need to schedule a free consultation call where we will discuss your team's goals and answer any questions regarding coaching. Depending on what your team would like to gain from your unique experience will determine our next steps. There are a few intake forms to fill out upon contracting.

TKI Workshop

Goal: Improve Team Conflict Responses  

How: This workshop uses the TKI Assessment to help individuals understand their conflict handling style which can effect interpersonal and group dynamics. During this workshop you'll learn how to select the most appropriate style for a given situation.

Goal: Improve Team Communication + Decision Making

FIRO Workshop

Goal: Improve Team Relationships + Effectiveness

How: This workshop uses the FIRO - B assessment to help individuals understand their interpersonal needs in the areas of inclusion, control, and affection. Understanding these needs helps those have authentic connections and relationships with others inside and outside of work.

Conflict Workshop

Goal: To gain a better understanding of your personality type and how it guides you in conflict situations.

How: This workshop uses the MBTI Assessment to explore your personality type in conflict situations and improve your approach as needed. This workshop will also help you gain a deeper understanding of how to navigate through conflict with someone whose preferences differ from yours

Communication Workshop

Goal: To improve communication and help you express not only yourself but also understand how others communicate.

How: Using the MBTI Assessment we'll take a deeper look at your natural communication style and learn to adapt as necessary to better communicate with clients, customers, co workers and others.

Sales Workshop

Goal: To understand how customers are different, be able to truly hear their needs and talk their language, build the necessary relationship for action, learn to maintain relationships and create long term clients and customers.

How: This workshop uses the MBTI Assessment to understand the stages of the selling process. Better understand your preferences as you sell. Be able to identify the behavior cues of the customer and how to match them.

Leadership Workshop

Goal: For individuals to deepen their understanding of their preferences and continue their growth + development in order to become better leaders.

How: This workshop uses the MBTI Assessment to better your understanding of your leaderip style to identify your potential. Examine habits that might be limiting your success. Stretch yourself to try new behaviors. Create an action plan to improve your leadership style, while staying true to you.

Stress Workshop

Goal: To gain a better understanding of how we respond when we are experiencing extreme fatigue or stress to gain new insights and be able to recognize when we are in this state and how to use this information to better our stress response.

How: This workshop uses the MBTI Assessment to look at the inferior function of type which will help you understand your common energizers, stressors, triggers as well as provide resources and remedies to return to equilibrium.

Decision Making Workshop

Goal: To bring a deeper awareness of type and a greater understanding of the decision making process. You and your team can work together to make more balanced and effective decisions.

How: This workshop uses the MBTI Assessment to offer guidance to improve individual and group decision making. By utilizing tools such as the zig zag model individuals and teams will have the resources to improve their decision making for the long term.
