Hi, I'm Meg

Over 10 years ago I was right where you are and even today I am navigating even bigger life changes as I transition into the role of mom!

In 2014 I had just called off my engagement less than 2 months before our wedding, and then shortly after my step father unexpectedly passed away. I was lost, my “plan” had failed and I was devastated. All my friends were getting married, buying houses, starting families and excelling in their careers and I was starting over. I became a robot going through the motions of life without truly enjoying it or living it. Those days were a blur and I barely remember that time in my life. It was my rock bottom chapter. My sister got me a session with a Naturopath and an energy goddess (I will learn her real title one day) and after postponing it for almost 2 years, with a little nudge from my mother. I went. And it changed my life.

I had hope, I had direction and most importantly I had guidance and support. I started taking the steps to find myself again and figure out what I really wanted for my life. This was the beginning of my self discovery journey. I truly found myself during the next few years and now 10 years later the big life changes are still happening but they are easier to navigate.

In 2021 I left behind my corporate 9-5 stablity to start my own company (Finding My Best Life) to help women better understand themselves & others as they navigate through life's constant roadblocks to become the best versions of themselves & start living the life they truly want to live!

Before becoming a coach I graduated Johnson & Wales University with a BA in Hospitality Management. After spending 10 years in the hospitality industry, I chose to follow my heart and let my passion lead the way. This led me to coaching.

I obtained my coaching certification through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC) and become an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) I am an active member of the Connecticut ICF Chapter as well as the local chamber of commerce.
